Signature not visible from another Reader

New Here ,
Sep 27, 2021 Sep 27, 2021

We have goverment docs that has to be signed by us and by our clients.

We sign with Adobe and if the client signs with Adobe as well, there is no issue and we see both signatures.

But If a client signs with another Reader (Nuance, Foxit) then we can't see the clients signature in Adobe. If we open the same document in Chrome or other Reader, we see both signatures.

Why can't Adobe display signatures from other readers anymore?

Can you share example files illustrating the issue?

And can you clarify what you mean by "seeing" signatures? Do you mean some in-document visualization or do you mean an entry in the signature panel?

Ok, so you mean both in the signature panel (left) and the in-document visualizations.

Can you share example files illustrating the issue for analysis? (Unsigned, with client signature only, and with both client signature and your signature.)

This isn't typical bahavior (at least not in my experience), so most likely there is something special about the original PDF or the first signature applied. Thus, example files are necessary for further analysis.
