Hi,

In adobe acrobat pro (v 2022.001.20085)) I applied a signaure to a PDF document using the fill and sign function which worked fine but upon saving and re-opening the file, I see the signature has also populated on another page of the doc, around the same position.

I tried removing the signature from the incorrect page but when I do or try to move, the change happens to both signatures. I also tried adding the signature new but same issue.

The document has sensitive information so unfortunately cannot post publicly.

Any suggestions on what the issue cause is and how to resolve?

For transparency I am new to this feature so not an expert.

Hi,

To clarify, is this what happened
- You opened a PDF with multiple pages.
- Clicked the Fill & Sign option in the right panel.

-  Added a signature to one page.

- Saved a read only copy.

Is the above right and is it the read only version showing the signature on muliple pages?

I'd sugges trying adding the signature to a clean version of the file or at least another PDF to see if you can get it working. This could at least help identify where the problem is.

I did as you suggested, started from a clean version and applied the signature, the issue did not occur again.

Thank you
