Hi,
I have document with two signatures. One of them is validating correctly, but second one not. All required certificate in chain are installed in my Windows system. When I take Subordinate CA from uncorrect path and install it to the trusted certificates in Acrobat everything is correct. Signature is validating. I can't understand why for my first signature "A" I don't need to import SubCA to Acrobat and validation is correct but for signature "B" validation is not good without import SubCA certificate to Acrobat.

Hi Hubert
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF with signatures? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue, pleae share the file with us for testing. https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? to check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/validating-digital-signatures.html and see if that works.
Regards
Amal

Hi Amal,
Thanks for replay. It's for all PDFs. I had screen sharing session with Adobe where we discussed deeply about my problem. Now I have registered Issue and waiting for solution. I believe ther is something about how logn my SubCA is valid.

Adobe closed my ticket with no solution 😞 I had try to invastigate problem by my own and probably problem is in subordinate CA certificate serial number (perhaps is too long) or fact that RootCA is based on 4096 RSA key. is there any document about digital sign validation limitation?

I have seen this documents. Till now I had three remote sessions where I sent files (signed document + subca + rootca). Without any response. Adobe can't tell why signature validation is not working with WIndows integration option on.
