Hi Meenakshi,

I have looked at the cookies and cache together with our automation specialist, these have all been deleted. it does not work in an incognito browser either. we have come to the conclusion that the problem is with the extension that is used/opened when you open a pdf file from a sharepoint site. see below the extension that is opened.

Hi @gigi_1255,

Thanks for reaching out.
I am assuming the context of this post is here: https://adobe.ly/3JmaPM3

Could you please let us know which Adobe App or Service you are using? Is it Fill and Sign, Acrobat Sign, or Adobe Acrobat?

Best regards,

Hi @gigi_1255

Thanks for the quick response.

Ensure you are logged in with the same Adobe ID across devices: https://adobe.ly/3J1t3m4 Once you have done this, try signing in. Check if you have used the signature, and that should be it.

You may also check this article: https://adobe.ly/3Uj22wR

Let us know if that is something you have already tried or not?

Hi Tariq,

I'm logged in everywhere with the same account. This always worked before, but now it doesn't. In the regular application, Adobe Acrobat, remembering the signature works, but not in Adobe Online. The article in the link you sent applies to the Adobe application and therefore not when I want to open a PDF from a SharePoint site, which means I use the "online version."

Thanks for the update.
Let me check internally on this, and I will get back with an update or if I need more information.
