Signatures get duplicated and moved when printing

Having a weird issue where the signature added in "fill and sign" mode duplicates onto unintended pages of the document and/or gets shifted by a seemingly constant offset. This issue only shows up when printing or going out of edit mode.

Things I've tried so far: 
Reinstalling Adobe in its entirety (including removing all relevant registry entries and lingering files)

Deleting and creating a new signature with a new image file

Logging out and in to adobe

Driver and Windows updates

Rebooting the laptop

Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.2089x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs (https://adobe.ly/3Y2yN4e) and the Procmon logs (Win Only) (https://adobe.ly/4cuYzCP) and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
