Signed form in error?

I finished my first form.  I must have pressed something in error when saving.  I have now gone back to make a final edit to the form and it says that "You cannot edit this file as a form due to its security settings". Not sure what this refers to, because on File, Properties, Security says 'no security method'.

Any advice welcome.

Once the PDF file is signed and the signature process is completed, the file gets locked for further editing.  For more information, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/edit-signed-PDF.html and see if that helps.
