Signing a pdf document

I am currently using Adobe Acrobat 2017.  I understand how to sign a PDF document.  My question deal specifically with the signature.  Is there any way to change the color of the font or will it always be black?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to change the color of the signature?

Are you referring to Fill and Sign > Sign yourself option? If yes, please try the steps below:

1. Open the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC application

2. Go to Fill and Sign > Sign Yourself

3. Select the desired color (Note: Un-check retain original color for signature.)

There are multiple ways to sign a document. Which one are you referring to?
