Signing PDF forms from a phone

I need  a response on any options for allowing those using a phone to sign a PDF. I send documents for completion to my patients and some of them use the phone to do so and it does not allow them to do a digital signature. Are there any other options?

Applying a digital signature to a PDF file on a mobile device is not currently possible.
