This is really simple. I need to make a questionnaire that calculates how many check boxes one has checked. That's it. I just need a total of boxes checked below the check boxes. See attached for the questionnaire I want to build. Also, I've attaached a screenshot of what I thought would be all that's involved here: a series of check boxes with a text box below for which the check boxes are selected for calculation. What else do I need to do?
