Software Conflict with Microsoft Excel, Cannot install Adobe DC

Hi all,

I am having some trouble with installing Adobe DC. Every time I try install it tells me to close down microsft excel. I have closed microsoft excel and ensured its not running via task manager. I have tried restarting/relogging in. I have tried completely removing adobe and doing a fresh install but I still get the same error.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Try the install as the first thing after a reboot.

I did that, restarted fresh and tried the installer first. Did not fix it though.
