Solution for "Start-trial" message in Acrobat.
Wondering why your app launches as a Trial version even after subscribing to the app? The reason could be elementary and fundamental. With a little due diligence, you can avoid this awkward situation.
If you are unable to change the logged-in ID (email) in Adobe Acrobat, or if you are logged in with an account (email) which does not have an active Acrobat subscription, you get the "Start-trial" screen.
Note: The screen has the option to choose a different Adobe ID. Sign out and use another Adobe ID to log in and activate the license/subscription.
