Hi,

 

Looking at the description above, it seems that you have been trying to load the plans on Adobe's website. Do you receive this message "Something went wrong" while loading the application itself or is it something else?

 

If it is the website, then you may change the web browser to a different one and try again. 

Kindly share more details to understand the issue better.
