Spawn pages in order

So on my form i have several templates pages hidden (temp 1,2,3,4,etc).  i know how to get the pages to appear with a button, but i would like to maintain the order regardless of which template is generated first.  like if they select temp 1,temp 4,temp 2 the pages would appear temp 1,temp 2,temp 4.  and as a bonus if they create a page (example temp 3) instead of creating a second temp 3, could it just go to that page.  i am hoping this is doable in Acrobat by chance.  hope someone knows how to do this. thank you

The easiest way to do this is to delete all spawned pages and respawn those that are necessary, each time there is a change.

Just be aware you will lose all the data the user has inputted into fields on those pages, if there are any.
