Specific Attachments Are Not Displaying Correctly & Crashing Acrobat XI Pro

Hello,

I am having issues with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro not displaying certain attachments I got via email appropriately and ultimately crashing the program. I have the screen captures below and so far here is what I know:

• I opened the two attachments in Adobe Acrobat Reader with no problem
• No one else in my organization is having this issue
• I can open all other documents in Acrobat XI with no problem
• The problem is still occurring even when I save the attachment to my file cabinet and try to open them again
