Have an user gide on 1 page in a PDF file, but the guide is in 4 languages (first row is about 25 in fact small logicals pages, and seond , third and fourth row are 23 each.
The target is to translate manually the first row, in English.
To arrive there, I would like to
1. get only the first row (basically English) in a file)
2 ges the test of the first row in a file, so I can use google translate.
When in Adobe Acrobat Pro trying to convert to Word, basically in 1 hour noting happened.
See the link for the file

Just select the first row in its entirety and then press Ctrl+C. It takes a couple of seconds (maybe a minute or two), but it gets copied. Then paste into a plain-text editor (like Notepad) and you'll get just the text. From there you can move it to Word or translate using Google, if you wish.
Attached are the results I got when I did that.
