Split Feature Not Working

The split feature is not working!  I need help fixing it.  Anytime I click on it, a blank box appears and won't let me click on anything.  Please help!  See attached pdf to see what I am showing.

Hi, @Erin32990807m4zs, I had the same thing happen to me the other day. I restarted Acrobat, that didn't do it. I restarted my computer, and that did fix the issue. My third plan was to rebuild Acrobat's Preferences. Here's a link on how to do that.

Please get back to us and let us know if any of these worked. To be honest, I do not know if what I did was causation or coincidence.
