Split PDF into multiple files automatically depending on their file size

New Here ,

We need to split up around 900 PDF files into smaller files.
The problem is that we can only upload a maximum of 15 MB per file in our database. The largest file is about 170 MB with 180 pages of text. As there are over 900 PDF files, we don't want to do this manually and want it to be automated.
Is there a way to automate the splitting of PDF files with Adobe on-premise software, depending on the size of the file?

Who can we contact in Switzerland to get the right acrobat product and license

Thanks for your help

Acrobat Pro has a Split Document command, and one of the options is to split by file-size:

And you don't need to contact anyone. You can get the application directly from Adobe:
