Split PDF into Varied Page Ranges

I have a large PDF to split into individual PDFs, some will be 1 page, others 3-4 pages, or 5+ pages.  Splitting by 'number of pages' works great if you want your document split into equally numbered individual PDFs.  Can you split by a varying number of pages?

Yes, through creating bookmark on it... and split through top level bookmark...
