Splitting large document - Can I "Save As" unique names for each page?

Hello! I have 1000 documents in one PDF document. I need to split it into 1000 seperate documents (no problem). But I need to name them something unique and identifiable - like employees name - instead of generic "part". How do I do this?

This requires writing a custom-made script, assuming the text is identifiable and placed in a consistent location on the page, but processing that many pages might prove too much for a script in Acrobat to be able to handle, so you might need to do it in batches.
