I have a web capture that is one very long image. When converted to a PDF, it's currently on one page and very small. Is there a way to select page breaks and Acrobat will split the image at that point and move the split portion to the next page? If it's not possible to select specific points, is there a way have it automatically split it in to multiple pages?

No, it's not possible to do that automatically. I would recommend using a photo editing application (like Photoshop) to do the splitting, and then import each image into Acrobat separately, which will place it on its own page.
