Splitting using more than 1 bookmark

Hi All,

I've created an PDF from a merged InDesign file, that has a product specification on each page. I've managed to bookmark them, and split them into individial pdf's successfully with the correct file names etc. 

However, is there a way to have two pages in the split pdf? So, I'd like page 1 with page 3, or 1 & 4, or 1& 8 etc.

Maybe, using a script, but how is it supposed to know which pages go together? What's the logic behind it?
