GOOD MORNING, I INSTALLED THE LATEST VERSION OF ACROBAT PRO (PURCHASED) ON WINDOWS 11 PRO (UPDATED). WHEN I TRY TO WRITE ON A PDF WITH 'WRITE TEXT', AFTER 3/4 CHARACTERS THE PROGRAM STOPS AND MAY RESTART AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES. THIS ISSUE IS OLD AND I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT MY SYSTEM IS FRESHLY INSTALLED. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS?

@lucio_7024 first of all, please DO NOT WRITE IN ALL CAPS...for one, this is a form of netiquette of 'SCREAMING OR YELLING' but in all honesty, it makes it harder to read too! — if you noticed, nobody will respond quickly if you are screaming at us!

Even if you just installed the latest version, sometimes there are minor patches or hotfixes released shortly after a major version. So, do check that you do indeed have the latest updates as well. Trust me, I sometimes will install a new version, and there are small patches that I have to install too.

This is a known issue that some users encounter, even on fresh installations. To help resolve this, even repairing the installation from the Help menu within the application, and if the problem continues, consider resetting Acrobat preferences. These steps often fix such glitches by ensuring all components are fresh and correctly configured.
