Stamp with form fields

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a stamp that contains fillable form fields after insertion. I have already created the stamp file with the form fields. Unfortunately, I don't know how to write the script to activate it. Can somebody help me with it?

It's possible to add fields to a stamp, but not to fill them in after it was applied to the page, as it is flattened at that moment. The solution is to fill them in just before the stamp is applied.

Doing so requires using a custom-made script to prompt the user to enter the data, either in a Dialog object or a series of prompt windows, and then apply that input to the fields. This is quite a complex subject and requires a good deal of scripting know-how.
