Hello.

Duplex Printing Settings:
If your printer supports automatic printing on both sides, make sure you change the setting in your printer’s Properties. Specifically, look for an option related to flipping the pages.
For portrait documents, duplexing flips on the long edge; however, for landscape booklets, they need to be flipped on the short edge.
The wording for this option may vary depending on your specific printer, but it’s essential to ensure that the pages are correctly oriented.
Word Settings:
In Word, when creating a booklet, you can adjust the printing settings:
If your printer supports automatic duplex printing, change the “Print One Sided” option to “Print on Both Sides.”
Choose the option to “Flip pages on short edge” to avoid printing the second side of each sheet upside down.
If your printer doesn’t support automatic duplex printing, select “Manually Print on Both Sides” and follow the manual process.
Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF):
If you’re saving your document as a PDF and then printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader, consider the following:
Change the “Multiple pages” setting from “Book fold” to “2 pages per sheet.”
Select the booklet printing option in the Adobe Acrobat Reader Print dialog.
Remember to verify both your printer settings and Word settings to ensure consistent and correctly oriented booklet printing. If the issue persists, feel free to ask for further assistance.  floridablue login
