Hi all,
Currently I send out PDFs for review/comments and I have been asked to now send them out to a wider audience for a collaborative review, to save time. We have a network server where I can store my PDFs to be reviewed. Is this a simple task to set-up? If so, (or even if not so), can you point me in the right direction for instruction on how to do this?

Thanks, Arvind, but that is not what I meant. I obviously wan't clear in my question. But thank you for replying. I found in Acrobat the "tracker" option and set that up, which enables multiple people the ability to edit/comment at one time.

Thanks for posting your query!
If you have already sent out PDF for review and you want to include more reviewers into it and you can forward the already sent email to other folks. Means you have to forward the email that was sent out when you first initiated the review. Please let us know if your query is different or you need more info.
