We have two Acrobat users that are experiencing a prompt when they start Acrobat. The prompt is for the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium Trial. It is asking for a Serial Number, or to continue the trial. We are not interested in the Creative Suite at all, only Acrobat, and this trial is causing annoyance for critical users. We have verified that our Adobe licenses are still current and valid. I am having difficulty searching for a solution. Please advise.

Did those users by chance install the CS 5.5 Design Premium? CS 5.5 is old. Installing a component of that may disturb the activation of your Acrobat. Acrobat may be persuaded of being part of the CS 5.5 installation.
What version of Acrobat do you have?

Their Program Files (x86)\Adobe folders do have Adobe Bridge, Creative Cloud, Central, Dreamweaver, etc. with CS5.1 and CS5.5 appended, but it's last modified date was 2020. Except one user has Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Sync was modified 2023. I'm not sure what changed for both users to get this prompt.
