Sub and superscription of characters

I am on a free trial of Acrobat Reader Pro so I can try and make some small changes to a pdf file. One of those is to sub and superscript a few characters but I can see nowhere that allows me to do this. I appreciate that functions have changed in recent times, such as Baseline Shift, but recent forum posts have still indicated that sub and superscription of characters is still available.

I attach a grab of my tools bar.

Thanks

Julian
