Subscription account still offers freetrial in desktop app

I have in this account a company profile wicha has a PRO subscription, but when I use de Adobe app it seems it has any subscription at all, it offers me to start a free trial even though I´m logged in the desktop app with my acount

@thiago_6201 it sounds like you still have residual of the trial app version on your computer still, or it hasn’t properly synced with your subscription. One common workaround is to sign out of the app completely, restart your computer, and then sign back in using the exact Adobe ID associated with your company’s Pro subscription. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to clear any leftover trial data. If that doesn’t resolve it, visiting adobe.com and checking your account under “Plans” can help confirm that your subscription is active and linked to the right email.
