Subscription forced without being asked after trial subscription

Hallo! Für einen kurzen Testeinsatz nutzte ich das Probe-Abo. Es war angegeben worden, dass vor Ablauf der 14tägigen Probezeit eine Information kommt, woraufhin man das Probe-Abo beenden kann. Diese Information kam leider nicht und nun wurde mir ein Abo aufgedrückt. Ich möchte das nicht. Wie komme ich da wieder raus? Laut meinen Recherchen, habe ich keine kostenpflichtigen Abos abgeschlossen.
