Good day!
How can I ask for refund? I was charged with monthly subscription although I already cancelled my free trial. I entered my gcash account to avail the trial. Then, upon checking my adobe account, the plan that was paid was not reflected on my account. I was charged last October 7, 2025 yet nothing reflects on my account.
