Support!!! Foreign to Adobe!!!

SInce support is so bad and overview is so bad. This might be posted in the wrong community. I am pretty sure it is, but cant seem to find the right one.


I ask myself who is copying whom when it comes to worst customer service ever? Adobe Microsoft or Microsoft Adobe.

 

Been 1.5 hours on hold, because two agents from somewhere cant figure out my account. The team keeps closing my open support tickets. There only suggestion is chaning settings so my computer and account gets vulnurable. That is a solution to a problem? For adobe it is!

But back to the issue. On hold for 1.5 hours unitl the system kicks me out. Then you try to find help online as the last message tells me just to find out that the virtual assistant is a joke and drags you a gazillion of questions just to let you know, that they dont care about any problems and I should check out the community. 

 

My next quesiton is, where will this community send me to get help. The customer run-around is a for real also at Adobe. Nobody knows anything, it is always the other team.

 

Very sad. Worst implementation of support. Also the virtual assistant is a joke. The options you can select don't even cover all the real MAIN issues. 

 

Adobe should have a guy try using their own systems to get help, without phoning anyone on the inside.

@YAUAU this 'Adobe Community' is primarily composed of Adobe users, but it also occasionally includes Adobe employees. We collectively problem-solve, share ideas and discuss best practices! Essentially, you complain about te customer service... but, you didn't ask the question? 

What is your issue with PDF?

I know. I wasnt sure where else to ask the question if this is standar prodedure of having bad customer service? It is really nice that users want to help other users. It is just sad that company use this as their support system.  That's why I mentioned, this post might be wrong in this category, but I cant find the right one, there might not even be the right one to post it, as Adobe doesn't like to hear that. It would be nice, if Adobe employees would read that and try to actually improve whats wrong. I am giving them valuable feedback. It would be great if the actuall Adobe support would take it more serious. It is great that community experts try to help others, but I don't think anyone of the community had access to the source code of the Adobe software. Of course none of the phone or chat reps have acces either, but they are the first line in submitting a case to the development team and have the direct line. If there is only occasianly an Adobe employee here, it wont make it very far except it is a major disaster and affects 100.000s of users...

Sad that none of the tech giants stand out if it comes to support...

Mabe telling us about the issue would be helpful to you. We can decide to move your question to whichever location in this forum. So please do not write tons of text, get straight to the problem description, and please without any sidelines. They are not helpful and distract from the issue.

 totally agree with you. I do reports using a fillable form and need to be able to update them without redoing the whole thing. I always could until the last month. I click save or save as or save a copy and the message comes up that I can't save a signed pdf even though it isn't signed.  I never use an electronic signature.  Sometimes it says it doesn't recognize the document. I am so frustrated hence my profile name. The online chat help is useless. Doesn't explain anything. I ask them how to save an unsigned original document and they don't give an answer. I hate Adobe Acrobat and wish there was some other system. Good luck.
