Suppress sign-in in Acrobat greyed out in Acrobat Customization Wizard DC

Why is the "Suppress sign-in in Acrobat" option greyed out in the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC? I noticed it's greyed out for the 32bit version but is enabled for the 64bit version.

I forgot to mention that it's Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2022.

Also experiencing this issue with the 64-bit Reader DC unified installer (MUI). According to this article in the Adobe DevNet docs, the latest version of the CW should be able to accomplish this. Right now, the latest CW available from the download page is version 2100720091, but the same version doesn't appear to be available from Adobe's FTP server.
