Sync preferences across devices & expor

How does work the "sync preferences across devices"?

You can find it at "Preferences", "Categories", "Adobe On Line Services".

I have checked it, but it doesn't sync anything!

Also, I want to ask if there is any "exrort" for my preferences/settings like other APPs have.

I have to change everything again at every device, even that I am logged in with my account.
