The past few weeks when I've combined multiple fillable forms into adobe (these can be 50-150+ pages long), I will enter a name in one field and it will change it for EVERY single line on other documents deleting the other names/information I had entered. I work in the legal field so this is VERY difficult since we need complete accuracy. How can I make this stop? I haven't changed anything since October and didn't have issues until March.

This happens when the form fields have the same names.

This only just started happening. I've never had this issue when combining several fillable forms into one binder. I just want to know how to stop this. It's completely changing the names from what I've typed in to other names from other forms.

Combine the files as a portfolio or flatten the pages before you combine the files.

Apparently the company is having numerous issues with the 64 bit upgrade. Portfolio's do not work for the line of work I do. Thankfully it is an error on Adobe's side that is remedied by downgrading back to the 32 bit.
