Tag isn't showing up on the Tag Tree?

I’m trying to tag a PDF and fix a hyperlink. When I create the link and tag the surrounding text, the link doesn’t appear in the tag tree, although it’s visible in the contents panel. I’ve tried solutions like removing the content from the container and tagging it again, but that didn’t work. How can I resolve this?

Given the information you have shared with us already and have already tried, what could have been suggested in this case.
Please share the document with us and the screenshot of the problem area in the document.
