Our company's "Required Federal Accessibility and Nondiscrimination Notice" includes 21 language taglines. Our team is currently manually tagging each language in the content panel and then the tags panel with the ISO language code. Is there an automated or simpler way to do this?

Hi saral,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to autotag a multi-language document in acrobat, is that correct?
You may try acrobat's actions as the following forum threads discuss and check if that helps:
Javascript Action Add Tag to Document
You may refer to the following help document for more info:
Edit document structure with the Content and Tags panels (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
Thanks,
Shivam

Hi Tariq-
Thank you for responding to my message! I’m having a hard time finding the actual script to use provided in the link. Is there another way to access this?
