Tagging a multi-language document and looking for a simpler solution

Our company's "Required Federal Accessibility and Nondiscrimination Notice" includes 21 language taglines. Our team is currently manually tagging each language in the content panel and then the tags panel with the ISO language code. Is there an automated or simpler way to do this?
