Taking forever to load esgined PDF after installing Adobe Acrobat

Hi, 

 

It's literally taking at least 10min. to load esgined PDF (Esigned from the external digital platform, not Adobe) after I've installed the Adobe Acrobat.

 

Also, even if it's opened, making changes to the PDF takes time.

 

Is there any settings I could change to resolve this issue?
