Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please try the troubleshooting steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html and see if that works.
If it still doesn't work, Would you mind collecting the Adobe Crash/freeze logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html and sharing them via any cloud storage? Just upload the log file to the cloud generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Our engineering team requires some more information, could you please share the value of GUID present at 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CommonFiles\CRLog' in the Registry Editor?
