I am writing to express my frustration with several issues I have encountered regarding my Adobe subscription. I am experiencing problems related to billing, payment, and account management that need immediate attention.
I have noticed discrepancies in the VAT and GST charges on my invoices. The amounts billed do not align with the tax rates applicable in my region, leading to confusion and potential overcharging.

There have been persistent payment issues with my subscription. Despite having sufficient funds, my payment is repeatedly declined, resulting in unauthorized charges and inconsistent billing.
I have attempted to cancel my Adobe subscription multiple times, but the process has been cumbersome and ineffective. Despite following all instructions, my subscription remains active, and I am still being billed.
Additionally, I wish to delete my Adobe ID permanently. I have tried to initiate this process, but the option to fully delete my account is not available, and I am unsure how to proceed.
Please address these concerns urgently. I would appreciate clear instructions on how to resolve these issues and ensure that my account is properly managed, including correcting any erroneous charges and facilitating the complete cancellation of my subscription.
