I recently started using Acrobat on my Mac desktop (Catalina).
When I create or try to edit a Text Comment box in a PDF, the box (and any other boxes or highlights or markup on the page) strobe/flash.
What settings/preferences should I adjust to smooth this/enable Text Comment boxes to stay stable on the page?
