All of my users have recently been moved to Adobe's subscription plan and upgraded to the latest version of Acrobat. When opening some .pdfs that were created in the older version of Acrobat (2017, 2020), some documents contact character boxes instead of text, making the document unreadable. If the document is opened in the original older version, it displays fine. How can I correct this so it's readable in the new version?
