Text Fields keep moving on Form

I'm currently adding text fields to a form so that it can be edited but every time a page that has text fields on it is ClearScanned all the boxes move and they can't be rotated so,end up having to delete them all and start again. 

In the picture attached the text fields were on the lines before.

 

How do I stop this happening and is there a way to rotate the text fields if this keeps happening?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. but it doesn't quite explain the workflow and issue you are experiencing. 

It would be really great if you just create a short video of your exact workflow and share that with us. That was it would be easier to understand when exactly the text field boxes are not rotating.

I wonder if you have filled the form and probably signed it. Which made this document restricted to make any further changes. 

Also, we want to know the purpose of rotating the text fields. Are you scanning these hard copies as a PDF using Acrobat?

Thanks for getting back to me. 

I had edited the form previously and when I go back to continue that is when the text fields move.

I am only asking about rotating the fileds after they have been moved becuase presently I have to delete them all and start again.

sorry for the dely in reaching our to you.

I wonder there would be a way to do this. What do you do/did to rotate the field and what's the requirement of it?

May be we should look into the form and check at our end.
