Text Formatting Changes When Exporting From Word to Adobe PDF

Hey there.

A coworker of mine has been working on a handbook in Microfost Word recently and it is a large document. When they coonverted their Word Doc to a PDF, the text formatting becomes altered and leaves a huge gap between parapgraphs (see screenshot comparison). How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @Samantha30640560hwm5

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps the user is doing to create the PDF from MS Word? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Also, try creating the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word and see if that works.

For more information about creating the PDFs please check out the help pagehttps://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-from-any-document.html

Regards

Amal
