Hello,
In the PDF form, there are duplicated section fields for additional info to add, however, when I fill out the first section filed, text gets automatically duplicated in the 2nd section field. When I try to remove it from the 2nd field, it gets removed from the first field too as it seems to be that they're linked. As you can see in the screenshot, there are two duplicate section field under the name of "Educational Attaiment Informed", when I fill out the field called "Name of Institution that issued the degree/diploma", text gets duplicated automatically in the 2nd section field under the same name:
Any suggestions to fix this?

You should report it to the organization that created this form. If you're having this issue with it, so will everyone else who is using it. They need to fix it on their end, and distribute a new version.
