text in forms half out of window

I created and saved a form yesterday and it was perfect. When I opened it today, the text in the form is half way out of the field. the font size fits in the window, the alignment is set to center, and I am at a loss for what else to try. HELP!

This seems to have happened after the the 13th of November update.

Can you verify if that is correct by confirming to us which version of Acrobat Pro do you have?

The most current version is .20056

What computer system and application are you using to fill-in the forms. There are some applications that claim to be able to read a PDF but end up damaging the PDF when saving the file. We need to know your OS and application to verify this issue.

I opened it in Adobe acrobat in a Windows 10 OS to complete the form. the same application and OS that was used to create the form.
