Text input in sent forms is missing or overlapping

Dear all,

my colleague sent me a filled form. He's using Adobe Acrobat Pro (Version 2024.003.20180; same as me) on his Lenovo laptop. When downloading the form some text inputs are missing, some are overlapping (see attached example).

We have this issue with some other colleagues using our forms on their iPad and sending them back to us.

Why do we pay for this every month? It has been more than 3 months that it is full of errors... the previous version 3 months was ok, many people really don't understand why this is happening this way?

No € signs shows up, after you save all the positions are chaos.

Will it be possible to share the file here? Is the overlapping issue started appearing now with version 20180, Also, how many more files, you seem to have this issue? or, issue is with specific file?
