Text is bunching up with no spaces

I am typing text into a document and it is just bunching up. I do not know what to do to fix it? 

This is what it looks like below. This is with me pressing the spacebar in between words. 

I havnt changed or played with any settings. I need to fix this. I am using the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I actually fixed it in my justification settings. I am not sure why it changed it as I have been working with this document for a month and it was the second time it happened.
