Text looks pixelated and glitchy..

When I print certain documents it seems very glitchy and pix like. Mostly, only affecting signatures or bottom of page where pages numbers should be.

I have a suspicion of someone altered certain paper work, could this also be a sign of that?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to print? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to print the PDF file? Please share a small video recording of the same for a better understanding.

Also, try to print the PDF as an image. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > print as an image and see if that works for you.

It is just certain documents! 
I have educational records that were provided by two different schools. But, both suppose to be the same exact file, yet the one prints pixie and glitchy and the other doesn't.

more so on pages with signatures .

Hi there

Have you tried printing the PDF as an image as described earlier?

Also, please check for any missing/pending updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check.
