Text View/Print Issue

Hello,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro . 

I'm having a text print issue or maybe text that is not recognized when I try to PDF and print a report from an engineering software. I attached a sample page that shows the un-recognized text using Adobe Acrobat Pro (my default PDF reader). I opened this PDF file on another program (BlueBeam) and the text and print is legible. I need to share this PDF file to others in my workplace that only have Adobe as their main PDF reader. 

 

Any solutions or direction on how to fix this will be a great help.
