Text with Shape through

I have been trying to figure out how to create a text with a transparent rectangle box in the middle of the text like this logo. How can I accomplish this?

Are you trying to do this in Acrobat specifically? Photoshop can do this very easily if by chance you have that.

gotcha! I would recommend using that and creating a mask.
